These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LeveBase app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
LeveBase is a product of Zaiketz, operated by Daniel Itiro Tikamori as a sole proprietor (kojin jigyo / 個人事業, registered in Japan).
LeveBase is a personal organization app — planner, finances, and health tracking (including menstrual cycle) — intended for individual, non-commercial use.
You need an account (managed by Clerk) to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Use a valid email address and keep your account details up to date.
You agree not to: use the app for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other people's data; reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app; or intentionally overload our infrastructure.
Menstrual cycle estimates and other health information shown in the app are for organizational purposes only and do not replace professional medical guidance. Do not use LeveBase as your sole source for health decisions — consult a healthcare professional for that.
LeveBase has an indefinite-term Free plan and paid plans (Premium and Família) — see the Pricing page for current amounts. Paid subscriptions are recurring (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time in Settings, inside the app. Payment is processed by third-party partners (Creem or, for customers in Brazil, Paddle) — we never store card data directly. Refund and cancellation terms are in the Refund Policy.
The app, its brand, and its code belong to Zaiketz. Data you enter into the app (tasks, events, health records, etc.) remains yours — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, inside the app, with immediate and permanent effect on all your data.
The app is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app and by email (to the address on file for your account) before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, the jurisdiction where Zaiketz is registered as a kojin jigyo, without prejudice to your rights as a data subject under Brazil's LGPD regarding the processing of personal data.
