Refund Policy

This policy applies to LeveBase's paid subscriptions (Premium and Família plans).

1. Right of withdrawal (online purchases)

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you are entitled to a full and unconditional refund if you request cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the transaction, under Art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (CDC) — no justification required. This right applies to the first charge of each subscription.

2. After the 7-day period

Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly). Outside the withdrawal period above, we do not provide prorated refunds for periods already begun — but you can cancel the renewal at any time in Settings, inside the app, and will keep access to the paid plan until the end of the period already paid for, with no further charge after that.

3. Duplicate charges or technical error

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or technical failures that prevent use of the service are always refunded in full, regardless of the period above. Contact us as soon as you notice the problem.

4. How refunds are processed

Subscription payments are processed by third-party partners — Creem (global billing) or Paddle (customers in Brazil, including Pix). Approved refunds are issued through the same partner and payment method used for the purchase, and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to request one

Send a refund request using the form below, stating the email used for the subscription and the reason. We respond to and process eligible requests within 5 business days.
